GoogleI used Rich to do my mortgage for my first house purchase and he was incredibly helpful covering all questions we had as well as going over and beyond to ensure we secured the property we wanted to buy.bonus point is , he is always there for you. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy their first home.

Mickleover Office: We recently had a property viewing and a young chap from the Mickleover Office (Raushan) was showing us around the bungalow he was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble to him. Unfortunately, we weren't able to secure a purchase but following this experience we'd look at using Bagshaw's to purchase a property in the future.

GoogleMistakenly instructed another local agent because they were cheaper, three months and no joy. Got Bagshaws involved and they started getting viewings before the advert went live. Two weeks later sold, they really excelled and instilled some faith back in estate agents! Class act.

GoogleWe chose Bagshaws in Mickleover to sell our house in Derby because of their close proximity and reputation for excellent client service, and we were not disappointed. From valuing our property for sale, through to full completion, they were totally supportive and professional in their approach, and kept us informed on a regular basis throughout the term of the sale. We would therefore like to thank the branch manager Lindsay and her staff for their excellent service, and in particular, Josh Wilkins, who went the extra mile to ensure that we were always provided with not just information, but also clear explanation(s) when we needed them. That, and his willingness to chase our buyers when things went quiet at times, helped make sure the sale went as smoothly as possible. He was totally professional, always polite, and always responded quickly to any requests we made. We cannot recommend him, and his colleagues, highly enough.

Bakewell Office. They rarely answer the phone. Once rang 30 times in succession before they answered. Our estate agent had the same problem. They could not be bothered to tell their client of our revised offer. I would not touch them with a barge pole. There are much better alternatives.
