Buyer Beware; Avant is repeatly in the media as they never seem to finish a project off. Our estates is left without a completed road, numerous MPs complain to no avail. My garden is not fit for purpose as it is a bog, Avant won't resolve it.

If you want to use the assisted move scheme with Avant, don't bother. You don't get a chance to reserve the property then they sell it from underneath you while you're getting valuations done so you're left with nothing.

Avant built an estate at the back of our house. Throughout the process they were either rude or uncommunicative. They have failed to keep their environmental promises and have showed little care in their build and gardens. In one garden, buried just below the service was a whole crate of discarded fizzy drinks!

Waiting nearly 5 years to have mains electrics fixed, customer service is none existent and the head of customer services refused to acknowledge customers, it’s an absolute joke, loads of problems with the house over the years, avoid at all costs!!!!

Render back bedroom still outstanding, bi-fold doors and other window in property still not replaced, broken and missing items (too many to write down) still missing i.e. radiator caps etc. Jenn sales rep ignoring emails not good enough. Litigation ensuing....Avant you were warned!!!!
