TrustpilotDisgraceful
Awful customer service. Lies throughout the whole process. If you want a new house in 2025 then with all means buy now with Avant and it might be ready, otherwise don't waste your time. Utter shambles.

TrustpilotSnagging and customer service
The house its self is pretty good. The issues is the amount of snagging and the avant customer service department being inadequate at offering help. From contractors showing up out the blue to going 4 month without replying to emails or phone calls.

TrustpilotBEWARE
BEWARETerrible buildExpect this company to wriggle out and every opportunity and expect to have to get professionals to rectify. It has cost us nearly £20,000 to replace stuff within 3 years and we still have issues arising !
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
