GoogleHad a wonderful experience when viewing the home but have had issues since moving in, such as lack of communication and swiftness for resolving issues/request. This has disappointed us as we have read great reviews about Tanya but I am still yet to receive an appointment for fixing the property, following the instigation in October and waiting on an answer from a request, made a month ago - of which I have had to chase due to no updates from the agency, even after Tanya gave us initial reassurance. If this could be resolved easier on the phone please give me a call as you will have my personal details.
We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed by aspects of our service. I have been in contact with Tanya and she assures me she has been doing all she can to assist you, however often certain decisions in relation to a property are at the landlord's discretion and outside of our influence....but I certainly apologise if you feel that communication has not been up to scratch. GoogleHighly recommend Jackson Grundy Letting Agents. They have managed my properties professionally and cheerfully for the past 4 years. Keeping up with legislation and regulations and finding tradesmen when things need doing can be very demanding. I can rely on Jackson Grundy to make sure that my tenants are well looked after in homes that are fully compliant with building regulations and health and safety regulations.

We were selling in a difficult period for house sales, and had found our dream home which added pressure to sell! Ricky and Jo were professional and clear in communication whilst joining our joy when we sold with genuine happiness. The after sale process was again faultless, meaning a quick transaction and regular updates. We have now used Jackson Grundy to sell our last two houses, and if we ever move again it will be Jackson Grundy we go to for help. Friendly staff, competitive rates, genuine care. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lindsay, who runs the lettings aspect is clear in communication, professional and extremely helpful with both tenants and landlords to ensure everyone in the process is satisfied and looked after. On the sales side, I have had experience with Ricky and Jo, both of whom are passionate, enthusiastic and professional. Always trying to keep you in the loop and communicating throughout the whole process. What is normally a stressful event is kept to a minimal worry due to the hard work these two do behind the scenes for you. Cannot recommend either service by Jackson Grundy in Daventry enough

GoogleI recently sold my house with Jackson’s who were great, they were extremely responsive, my house was sold very quickly and the sale went through eventually despite being delayed due to covid. I then purchase a new property and this sale was pushed through very quickly, the team helped as we overcame a few issues and supported me to get the sale through quickly allowing my buyers to finally move in. I dealt mainly with Ricky and Jo. They are professional but friendly. Honest and down to earth. Good guys!

We have investigated the circumstances surrounding your review. Whilst we have no record of dealing with you specifically as a customer, given how quickly it appeared following another damaging review, we believe it relates to a property Jackson Grundy Lettings were advertising on behalf of a landlord on a 'Let Only' basis. As is the case with most properties in the current market, there was significant interest and multiple interested applicants. Unfortunately this means that only one application will be successful and all other parties will be disappointed. We would much rather this not be the case, however we are not able to control supply and demand of property to the market. We sympathise that on this occasion you are disappointed, but we feel that leaving the company a 1 star review due to circumstances outside of its staff's control is unfair and unwarranted. We kindly ask you in the first instance to remove this unwarranted review due to its damaging content. Should you be unprepared to remove the review then we will be forced to take legal advice from our solicitors in relation to Defamation of our company and our staff. We reserve the right to not revert back to you again on the matter ahead of taking further action. For your reference we would like to draw your attention to the recent High Court case of 'Summerfield Browne v Waymouth'.
