This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with them twice, and both times were absolutely dreadful. Their so-called “customer service” is nothing but arrogance they talk down to you as if you’re beneath them. Rude, unprofessional, and downright unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I genuinely hope I never have to cross paths with them again.

This has disappointed us as we have read great reviews about Tanya but I am still yet to receive an appointment for fixing the property, following the instigation in October and waiting on an answer from a request, made a month ago - of which I have had to chase due to no updates from the agency, even after Tanya gave us initial reassurance. If this could be resolved easier on the phone please give me a call as you will have my personal details.
