We have investigated the circumstances surrounding your review. We believe it relates to a property Jackson Grundy Lettings were advertising on behalf of a landlord on a 'Let Only' basis. As is the case with most properties in the current market, there was significant interest and multiple interested applicants. Unfortunately this means that only one application will be successful and all other parties will be disappointed. We would much rather this not be the case, however we are not able to control supply and demand of property to the market. We sympathise that on this occasion you are disappointed, but we feel that leaving the company a 1 star review due to circumstances outside of its staff's control is unfair and unwarranted. We kindly ask you in the first instance to remove this unwarranted review due to its damaging content. Should you be unprepared to remove the review then we will be forced to take legal advice from our solicitors in relation to Defamation of our company and our staff. We reserve the right to not revert back to you again on the matter ahead of taking further action. For your reference we would like to draw your attention to the recent High Court case of 'Summerfield Browne v Waymouth'.

GoogleIs it considered to be fair practice for your employees to leave 5 star ratings?
Hello Marcus. We have only just become aware of this. We believe you are referring to a rating left by an ex-employee. We will be requesting it's removal by Google, but given the employee was also a customer I'm confident it was left in good faith. I'm glad you raised it though, as I know there is a Towcester based Estate Agent which seems to have the relatives of the owner leave reviews (perhaps you're familiar with them), so we certainly wouldn't want anyone feeling we were acting in a disingenuous way.
