GoogleAinsworth Lord Estates Lettings service has been absolutely vital to us in ensuring that all our properties are kept rented and also well managed on a day to day basis without any problem, they understand what we as landlords need to make sure we do not lose money and realise the incomes we need to.. They are excellent at marketing for tenants and our properties are almost always let. They have the expertise and local knowledge to find the tenants and sort out all the necessary agreements with them. ALE is highly professional and expert company getting us the right tenants and making sure they are qualified properly in terms of paying the rent so that there are never any problems and we never lose out with rent that is due. Their help is well worth the modest fee we pay and not having rent problems means we make the money we need to from all our properties. The ALE rentals and property managements team are first class, and always ensure all the properties are kept in excellent repair and are always exactly as they should be when the tenants move in - and that means we have no rent payment problems essential to a company like us with a good few rentals. ALE are very responsive if one of our tenants has a maintenance or other problem in their home. They do provide the best possible support service in all respects to the Mulberry Construction company's portfolio of rental properties, which now total some 20 or so homes in an around Darwen.

GoogleAwful! Viewed a property and was advised of work that would be done before I moved in. I moved in and it was even worse! Filthy! Really poor communication,feel like I have to pester the company when they should be keeping me informed. In a block of flats I didnt get told where the bins went out,electricity box was or anything. Given one key had to pay £30 for a spare! Full of mould and damp all my stuff getting ruined had to by my own dehumidifier which is filling 6 times a day! Would not reccomend and wont be using when looking to buy next year. 1 star rating is probably too much!

GoogleIt was quite daunting to consider renting as it was something I had not done before, but ALE reassured me and took on the whole situation. They found just the right tenant in no time who even agreed to pay a years rent up front which was a real advantage for me in my situation. It was just what I needed and ALE helped so much with all the so varied arrangements to do with the rental of my previous home.
ALE were brilliant. In no time at all there were nine applicants looking at my property and ALE got one signed up within a day or so ... it was a relief how quickly and professionally they found the tenants and sorted all the paperwork and legal matters. They handled everything to do with finding the tenant and ensuring the house was ready as it should be for the tenant when they moved in .
I was so glad I was with them and they knew all about how to sort out my rental quickly and safely. What a relief!
They made sure I got the best possible rental price for the property. The tenants have moved in for a year and that is one less thing I have to worry about. ALE showed themselves in all ways whether finding a buyer for a property or helping amateur landlords like myself to be the best around here for sure. I would always recommend them..and I have been most grateful, for their professional support and advice.
