GoogleWe popped into the estate agents to arrange a viewing of a property and Dewi had me stand up and told us i would bang my head on the low beams in the ceiling and that there was a narrow bathroom that wouldn't suit. where other estate agents we have visited would just let us leave Debs asked what we were looking for and off the top of her head suggested a terraced house ( something we defiantly did not want ) and persuaded us to go and view it as she thought it would be perfect for us and would fit our requirements. we should have a completion date on the house this week All the staff have been friendly and professional ( and fun ) to deal with and you can tell they all love what they do Highly recommended .......Gav

GoogleWas told me and my partner could take the property but when cailing to pay the deposit we was told we couldn't take the property without a guarantor. Got very excited to move into to a lovely home to then be told no after being told yes. very frustrating

Hello Cameron... thanks for showing an interest in one of our properties and as you have seen we have the nicest rental properties around. The house you looked at is a lovely house like you say. In order to rent a property from ourselves all tenants MUST be able to provide a Home Owner Guarantor. This is company policy and has been for many years, we have this policy so that our landlords are fully protected. When we booked your viewing you advised us that you had a Home Owner Guarantor (or else we wouldn't have wasted your time doing a viewings). I'm sorry if there was some confusion or mis-understanding on this occassion but we always try and make sure it is very clear in all our maketing materials and adverts online etc.. as a result it works well in most cases. I am sorry if there has been some confusion and wish you luck finding an alternative property elsewhere.
