I have found Wards Esate agency lettings department to be helpful, professional and quick to respond. My dealings with Abi and others in the Lettings section have always been very satisfactory over a number of years. Really poor customer service from the lettings department. Having expressed interest in a property viewed, a whole week was wasted in getting answers to questions. Had to chase 4 times. When finally got to speak to a manager was advised they had the answers all along. We've now lost the property because we wanted to view it again. Had that week not been wasted we probably would have secured it!

d just like to express my gratitude to Kim Batchelor Sale progression, for her work and dedication towards getting the sale over the line. It hasn't been easy. But she took on the task and got the job done. worked tireless behind the scenes, communicating with all parties.I cannot say the same for the sales team. not helpful at all. it was a neighbour on the first day that contacted me. The open day, was very disappointing. the for sale sign came down and after chasing several times it wasn't repaired. asked for a sold sign. never turned up. asked for the sign to be removed. 4 months later i put in the skip. speaking with other. double the price of other estate agents. However Kim pulled this around

I was trying to sell my flat through another agent but that agent didn't have the specific knowledge and experience to resolve the issues we had.Wards came along and impressed me with their knowledge of the issue.
