Moved into a property which is not fit for purpose, leak, faulty shower, washing machine doesn’t work, no fire doors (top floor flat), extractor fan doesn’t work and there is more! Sham of a property, I’ve been unable to stay here and I have two children (age 1 & 7).I was lied to about the leak as I was told it was fixed and it was simply cosmetic works.

Worse Estate agent I have ever come across, they promise you that they have a book of customers ready to buy in your area, not true. In 5 months we had 3 viewings, not a lot really. All they seem to do is send you emails that say they have sent out text messages and emails to potential clients. When you call them and want to speak to a specific person they are never available and you never get a call back, maybe a few days later if your lucky. We are still chasing them to do their job even though our contract with them finished on the 22.07.2023 they are still advertising our house on several websites which stops our new agent doing this. It’s now the 24th Very sad state of affairs

Wards canterbury was shocking.Slow to put our house on there website and other sites, had to chase them to do it. Late to do viewings. Having 4 people turn up at once during covid 19. Should have only been 2. Asked us to push the price down after only 2 months of being on the market. Would not go back to wards and would advise anyone to look elsewhere.
