My comments reflect the service given by Laura Baker and the staff at the Hythe office namely Mark Mark and Callum. Nothing was too much trouble for the two Marks and Callum and they are all a credit to the company. They were professional courteous and made us feel as if we were their only clients. Laura Baker as our sales progress contact was an absolute star and I think it fair to say we would not have completed on time without her sterling work. She liaised with all the parties and kept us informed about the progress sometimes outside her normal working hours. She provided a level of service which is sadly all too rare these days. My sincere thanks go to the above mentioned people and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Had a terrible time with a previous estate agent until I changed to wards! They were professional and very honest about the whole experience, they really seemed to fight my corner from the mortgage meetings with Nick Topping and having Julie on call to answer any queries when ever I needed anything to really having all the details broken down to me by Giles! would fully recommend them as an estate agent 10/10

Wards sent search and other documents to wrong address, then ignored phone calls and emails asking what was happening. Result months of utter confusion until they they realized their mistake (document finally sent to solicitor). Result our purchase has taken almost six months. We are still today having problems establishing completion date and fixing collection of keys. Wards would be very last choice

I have used Wards for several years to manage my property in Kent and very disappointed to say, despite numerous emails, letters and phone calls from myself over this period of years, I am having to chase gas safety certificates, property inspection reports and rent on a very regular basis. I am not sure which department know who is dealing with what, not helped by the fact they part of Arun Estates, so I am unclear whom I am suppose to be dealing with. A lot of the certificates are for H&S and prescribed by law, so having to chase for copies as a landlord is not acceptable.

GoogleFantastic service from Marina I have to say she is really very helpful and was very patient TBH what she does not know about renting is probably not worth knowing We felt very confident that our case was being dealt with efficiently and our tenants were happy with her service as well

Do not use the fully managed property management service unless you want emails unanswered, phone calls not returned, requests for maintenance and repairs to be ignored. Be prepared to be constantly chasing for anything that needs to be done. Complaints via the complaints department are referred back to the person you are complaining for action so gets you nowhere. I'm still waiting for repairs requested over 6 months ago, and am lucky if I get a response yo an email within 3 weeks! And they have the nerve to charge you for this

Viewing: Kathy, the sales manager seemed to know what we would, and wouldn't consider as a buy to let flat, and read us very well. She agreed with my partner on the viability of a flat I had rejected without a viewing.Purchase: Karen Mainwaring, the sale progressor, did exactly that. We had issues with the vendor and their solicitor slowing things down. I did point out that she seemed to be doing much of the solicitors work for them!.This is a branch where all of the staff are clearly motivated, well led & have a 'can do' attitude. As a result of all of my dealings with this branch I will be using their letting svcs to manage the property for us because I think they will continue to represent and work toward my best interests

Imagine waiting four days and counting to view a property having enquired as soon as it was up for rent, being told by a woman on the phone that no one else would beat me to it because of how early I was interested, to then realising it has been rented to someone else without ever getting back to me. Total liars and still to this day I am waiting for a reply.

We are looking to buy a house in Ashford and saw one for sale through Wards. Called them up and arranged a viewing. They took my details inclusive of my mobile number (I asked them not to use it in marketing) and we proceed to view the property. The problem was that I've had at least nine unsolicited calls from Wards since. Three within an hour of the original call trying to sell me on a scheme of part buy. Trying to get me to put my house on the market with them etc etc. Of all the agents we contacted in Ashford, Wards were the only ones to act in this way.I now dread seeing a house we like with a Wards board outside.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
