Excellent service by all the staff…

Excellent service by all the staff especially Michael Watts. He recommended we sell the bungalow by Modern Auctions and he was so right,,,,all completed in under 60 days....start to finish. The matter was completed with no hold ups and we were kept informed at all of the stages. Definitely the way forward in buying and selling a property.

We cannot praise the team at Wards Dartford highly enough and five stars do not do them justice!! We put our house on the market with them and they got us a buyer almost immediately. Due to personal reasons we decided that now was not the right time to sell our house and both Geoff and David were so supportive and understanding and even though we did not proceed with them we were not made to feel as if we were time wasters or pressured to change our minds. Unprofessional and unreliable agency

I rented with wards for 2 and a half years with a nil deposit scheme . From the first day of moving in we had problems with the property, no hot water, no heating, leaking boiler and bath in the middle of a snowy winter. We had to find our own plumber as the landlord liked to take his time getting in touch. From that day I have regretted my decision to not only move into that house but to also rent through wards. Their property management team are an embarrassment and extremely unprofessional, on numerous occasions I was spoken to on the phone in a very disrespectful manner. During my time in the house we experienced serious problems in the house which put myself and another member of the house hold in hospital. I have no finally moved out of the property and found a lovely landlord who has pride in his property.I have now been told by wards that I need to pay over £200 for cleaning the house ( which was done before I left) and they’re waiting for the contractor to give them a quote for more works that are needed in the home but not due to any fault of mine, I’m disgusted and shocked by this. So in my honest opinion I do not recommend Wards as an estate agency whatsoever. I do however recommend Ben Siggins and Connells who are very professional and reliable.

Wards of Dartford wanted to have my dog destroyed. He nipped the leg of a female agent who came late to my property and clearly flustered him. He is not a Pitbull Wards!! Not even close. She wanted to have my DOG DESTROYED!!!!!
