Excellent service from the Hythe team

Excellent service from the Hythe branch. Helpful, approachable, intuitive and non judgemental. I am indecisive, often intolerant and fearful at times However the guys at Wards supported me throughout the process. I am now the proud owner of a beachside penthouse apartment. If the stairs ever become insurmountable I shall without question move again with Wards.A perfect team. Big Mark is a sensitive, special friend with such depth of understanding. I love him!

Excellent service from letting agency!

Excellent service received from all the staff at the letting agency at ward and partners in particular Laura Cale. Laura keeps us updated with news of our property including when tenants are about to leave and when new tenants are about to arrive. Laura is both professional and friendly and takes an active interest in all her clients we are happy that she is working on our behalf, we are about to include a second property for Laura and her team to look after on our behalf, keep up the good work Laura!

With Covid-19 looming over us all, the purchase of our property was not an easy ride. Excellent service from James and his team in Ramsagte. I had previosuly been under contract with a different agent, who were absloultly usless. Wards took over the marketing of my property and I've had more viewing and offers in two weeks, then I had in the previous agent in 5 months. I've now sold my property at full market value. Communication has been excellent and everyone I've spoken to in the branch has been extremely professional and approachable, including James and Billy.
