GoogleHad four estate agents around to value our property on 14 May 2018 and the other three were fantastic but Ward and Patners from Dartford I was bitterly disappointed in for the following reasons. We did not get or like the sales pitch felt like it was all numbers figures and charts and nothing about the property itself and its selling points. To boot the costs were double the other estate agents who visited and the price did not include the professional photgraphy and no negotiation on these prices unlike the other agencies. Five days on and still no communication from them about the valuation unlike all the other 3.Sorry gave these 0/10 better deals elsewhere
