Sold my property through Laura at Wards. Very impressed with her. When she came to my property she'd done her research, had a clear plan of how she was going to get me a good price for my flat, and ultimately delivered on that. Any times I've needed to contact Laura I've received a reply very promptly - either from her, or from a colleague if she's out of the office. You hear lots of horror stories about estate agents, but I can genuinely say my expectations have been significantly exceeded by her skill and customer service. Great experience I must say my experience at Wards Letting agent was excellent. I believe Prateek Shrestha is one of the asset of this organisation. From the start to the end this person was very honest and helpful in every step in our journey to finding a new house. Had the great pleasure of working with George Jordan to get my first property with my fiancé. We were time limited with finding a place but George was so flexible with us he made the whole process easy. My schedule can be a bit difficult but he was always willing to work around it. Being our first property, we didn't have a lot of knowledge about the market but he gave us great advice in being able to secure such a good property and I feel in general Wards have quite a fair process in terms of securing housing for clients. Marketing and selling my property through Wards, Dartford was the easiest and best decision made. From the initial valuation conducted by Laura through to viewings, open houses and the process has felt streamlined and stress free. Through her experience, knowledge and sheer passion for her profession and her clients she has been able to make one of life’s most stressful transaction feel somewhat so easy, even when at times when parts can feel like a huge issue for a client. With her support and other sales advisors in the branch including David, this transaction could have felt so much more difficult given past experiences with other high street estate agents. From in-house referrals to mortgage brokers and legal services and even down to facilitating marketing, the Wards model is set up for successful. While their fees appear expensive in comparison to other agents, they truly care about their clients and all transactions from initial engagement through to sale and even after. You really do get what you pay for and the personal experience supersedes going cheaper. The first thing I said when meeting Laura was “please make this easy for me as a seller” and true to her word, that is exactly what she did. I cannot recommended her or Wards, Dartford more if I tried! Thank you!!!
