GoogleWe just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Debbie for her support, commitment, persistence and professionalism that she provided in the sale and purchase of our properties through Wards. She was fantastic and defiantly deserves the recognition. We didn't realise there would be an addition service provided by Wards after we’d marketed and sold our home with them. Having Debbie deal with it so efficiently has been a huge bonus.

GoogleWould give less than the obligatory 1 star. Partner called to book a viewing for a property and was met with nothing but sigh's and sure's while we set it up.
Was promised a confirmation - never got one.
Was promised a call or email if the property got taken before our viewing, which worked perfectly as we'd be traveling abroad to come see it - never got that either, assuming it got claimed as it's no longer up.
Called the day before - no answer, no call-back.
On the day - full no-show.
Luckily we had another viewing booked as well, so the trip wasn't in vain, but was quite something to be stood up like this by a persumably professional agency. Best of luck to anyone interacting with them.
