GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service for lettings, the staff are so rude, patronizing and arrogant as well as extremely lazy when it comes to viewings. I have cancelled my viewing which took a week of phone calls and emails to even get a call back to book one in after the way I have been spoken too. GoogleAfter 5 years,well looking after property they send eviction letter,for no reason and no explanation,payments was newer ewer late,it was always on time. They are verry useless, they never value tenants, only money full stop. Avoid as much as you can,Dean have no bolloks to do something, Ruth just waste off space in office. They even dont want givet money back what i spend to property improvements, avoid,avoid avoid.

Thank you for you comments. Unfortunately the landlord has not given us an explanation as to why they have wished for the notice to be served. We have tried to obtain this information for you but the landlord is not coming forward. We are disappointed with your comments and feel that they do not relate in any way to how we have handled your tenancy. We are also disappointed with your comments as until now our relationship with you has been very good. We do not encourage tenants to do improvements to properties as this is the landlords responsibility. If a tenant is to do improvements and they wish to be reimbursed then this needs to be agreed prior to completing the works and not afterwards.

GoogleI have dealt with Robyn Lusby, an employee of McConnells. I was thrilled with the extent of information she provided me of the property I was inquiring about, she was able to answer all the questions I had and in great detail. I would definitely go back to McConnells in the future.

GoogleI have been a tenant with McConnells for over 7 years and they have been amazing. If any issues arise they are dealt with swiftly by the team in the office and they are always so helpful. Their maintenance team are very professional and always do a fab job whenever needed. I 100% recommend them!

They were extremely helpful through the whole process from start to finish, keeping me updated with solicitor progress and buyer communications.
