Terrible... Basically Money collectors. No one never replys to any emails. You get told to ring back as no one here to help. 0/5 Stars. Totally understand why they only have one branch.

Try to only work with Sue. She has worked tirelessly when all hope seemed lost for getting serious repairs done that had been problems for 5 years at least. She has have been so efficient and we can’t be happier at the moment for the dialogue she established with the owner of the property.

Zero attention to the tenant. Made a big mistake signing the contract. A year later since made a repair log - still nothing has happened... Would highly NOT recommend!
