All the staff were extremely friendly and approachable. There was great communication and all queries were answered promptly making the whole process run very smoothly. It was nice to deal with real people who made me feel that they genuinely had both the tenants and landlords best interests at heart. Special mentions for Lisa, Jules and Dean.

Claire, Lisa and Jools were absolutely brilliant. They were only a phone call or email away and dealt with the setting up of the tenancy with professionalism. They answered all my questions, were welcoming and reassuring every step of the way. I won’t be going to another agents- I’ll be sticking with McConnells for as long as I need to. Thanks for everything so far!

McConnells have managed my portfolio of residential lettings for over 25 years now and have recently project-managed a complete renovation of one of my properties. They have been courteous , efficient and friendly throughout the process which is now nearing completion. In all my years of dealing with them they have been particularly good at selecting tenants through their thorough referencing process and I have had hardly any rent arrears - ever! Amanda Cufley has been my main contact there recently and I cannot recommend her professionalism enough !

From the moment we started looking to buy a house, we first time came across an estate agent who had a lot of knowledge about the property. We were very pleasantly surprised. Amanda is a very nice and friendly person, she approached the matter professionally and with quality and also tried very hard to make everything go according to plan. Many real estate agencies can only envy such an employee :) working with Amanda is a pleasure. We Highly Recommend McConnells

McConnells is a professional, welcoming and reliable letting agent that I am glad to have met. The whole team, especially Lisa and Claire, have been very helpful and I would highly recommend them. Their communication has been excellent throughout. At the viewing they were very knowledgeable about the property and could answer all the questions I had. I was able to meet the maintenance team they use on their properties, and they were also friendly. I knew I would be in good hands should any issues arise. At the key collect they were very welcoming, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. You feel valued when you are there and you are not rushed. At McConnells, they create an experience where you are not simply renting a property, you are renting a home.

I have been working closely with Lisa for approximately 6 months and every time we speak, no matter what pressures or pains are ongoing, it is with a very friendly and understanding nature, whilst keeping their customer's prioritised and at the heart of all they do. The amount of effort Lisa puts in to each and every Tenancy is unrivalled, and I enjoy the working relationship we have.

Absolutely amazing service from that first phone enquiry. Lisa was friendly and very helpful with everything. Great communication throughout my renting process. Staff members especially (Claire) went out of their way and opened up the office early so I could sign my contract due to work commitments. Since moving into my property the communication again has been first class, even got a new home card through the letter box. I feel like I have a great relationship with the agent and I would highly recommend anyone wanting to rent through McConnells. Your staff are a credit to you. Many thanks. X

Our relationship with McConnells spans nearly 20 years. We have both bought and sold properties with their help. They have managed and are currently managing our rental properties. It is hard to summarise in a few words why we recommend the team, but in short, they are brilliant! They are professional while offering a friendly and personal touch. Nothing is too much trouble. The attention to detail is impeccable and we appreciate how generous each member of the team is with their time whenever we call to discuss anything. A special shout out to Lisa for all her hard work and going above and beyond over the last few weeks in order to find our new tenant. Thank you!

Lisa and the McConnells team literally saved my family, I cannot express how grateful I am for their compassionate understanding and support. Lisa went above and beyond to source options for me, treating me like a human being every step of the way at a time where I had been rejected or ignored by countless other estate agents and referencing companies for months. God bless McConnells!
