Disgusting service you can ever receive. We were agreed to move 14th which they were forcing us to move even sooner that, when it comes to 14th morning they called and said we can't move because property is not ready, the way of talking was just unprofessional with unrealistic statements instead of apologies. The solution they said move where you can since they can't help at all. Whole staff is just rude who even can't talk to you politely and make impractical statements .

Just want to thank Elliott Hezlewood and team for making purchasing of a property very easy and stress free. Elliott is always available to answer any questions and to help. I had issues with lenders wanting to give me the money due to the nature of the property, however Elliott swooped in and saved the day, getting me the mortgage I needed.

I contacted Mann Dartford when I was looking to move out of my family home in to my first place of my own. I called Mann on a Thursday to arrange a viewing, saw it on the Saturday, and moved in the following week. The whole process was as smooth and as easy as you could hope for when moving out for the first time and the staff were nothing but friendly, professional and helpful. Throughout the last 5 years I've always been kept well informed, in good time, and could always contact Mann who would be helpful in getting any queries resolved and have never had any issues with how they've handled anything. They found me the most beautiful home, which I have been lucky enough to live in for the last 5 years, along with great landlords. Now I'm moving somewhere new, Tim, Emma and the team at Mann have been just as great as they were when I moved in, and taken some of the stress of moving away! An excellent team and company. I would like to say a big thank you to Rebecca Doody! She helped us though out a long and stressful period of getting our first home, by chasing and being on top of every little thing in the chain process. I would not suggest using their solicitors as I’ve had a lot of headaches dealing with them, however Rebecca raised the issues with their regional manager, offering support when needed. Highly recommend.

Tim and Emma are great. Their professionalism is classic. Great advice was given to me in order to get tenants into the house within few weeks. I have met Tim on one to one and he's very cool and polite. Both updated me weekly before tenants moved in. With the satisfaction I got from them with the tenancy, I decided to give the house to them to manage for me. I hope they will do well with the maintenance. I will recommend them at this stage. Mann were completely professional throughout the whole process of my recent property purchase. They answered every phone call, email and query quickly. I would like to thank James Foster who dealt with my mortgage application and insurances. He advised me throughout, got me a mortgage and insurance policies that suited me personally. Also gave me feedback and advice when it wasn't even asked for. Rachel McKelvie chased down the solicitors for answers if they were "dragging their feet", answering any query I had by liaising with the seller or solicitors. Even after completion, she was willing to assist with any issues that arose. She truly went above and beyond her role as a Sales Associate. When I move again, I do hope Mann, Dartford will be dealing with it. What should've been a stressful experience was made easy and relaxing by the staff. Thank you for everything!

The team at Mann Dartford are Fantastic! Kevin, Marcia and Larane are all a credit to estate agents and completely dispel the bad reputation that goes with their field. Kevin was great in getting our property listed and offers made (within 1 week) and also helped us to find the right house for us. Marcia was very helpful in showing us properties and giving advice and information. Larane is fantastic, and really helped push through the sale and purchase with all the solicitors, providing regular and detailed updates on progress and next steps. As well as giving the reassurance when needed. The whole team at Mann Dartford are great and would highly recommend either to sell or purchase via!

A few staff there, Timothy Knight, and Lauren Finley were really professional and nice, however, later on in our tenancy we dealt with a lady called Piara Ullah. Piara had no customer service skills, she came across rude and treated us like we were not important as we were only the tenants. It's a shame as I would have left 5 stars as the rest of the great were great.

Tried to sell our flat through Mann, found a buyer and had to chase this for months with no progress. This lead to the buyer pulling out. After speaking to the building owner we were told the buyer informed them slow progress and no replies from Mann (and the broker they used through then) were the reason for this. Often we went weeks and five or six chases need to get a response which was often "we will come back to you" and no progress from this. Following the fall through, we purchased another property and contacted them again to discuss the feedback and whether this was a one off, and what we could do in the future with them as we're ready to put the property up again. As, to be fair, viewings were consistent when the property was up. Amazingly, no reply here either. Would avoid using for selling from my end, and it seems our expected buyers might think the same for a purchase as well.
