I found the branch manager Jerry very honest in his approach, discussing local pricing and market conditions, and giving me advice on setting a competitive selling price for my home. Alway promt in returning my calls and answering any questions I may have had, both Jerry, Lisa Colin and Maureen were very professional throughout the whole process. Competitve rates for selling too. Why wold you want to choose anywhere else to buy, sell or rent from. I would recommend Livermores 100% to any friends or family looking to use an estate agent. GoogleLivermores were absolutely amazing from the valuation right through to completion, my wife and I contacted Livermores after we had an offer accepted on a house we liked, we explained we needed our property on the market as soon as possible as we had already had an offer accepted, Jerry came to visit us that afternoon and our property was on the market that evening, We had many viewings within the next few days and 5 different offers, our property had gone sold subject to contract in less than one week, Communication was great throughout, any questions we had Jerry and his team were more than happy to answer them, We would most definitely recommend Livermores to friends and family, it's hard work to find a company that provides a perfect service these days, but Livermores did just that.

Especially Lisa Harris whom I approached to help find the tenants, was efficient and able to deliver brilliant result with all 7 flats let out within a fortnight. In fact, she was able to find multiple suitable fully vetted tenants for each flat so we were able to pick the suitable tenant. This was after much hard work with numerous viewings organised one after another within a short period of time!!! Thank you very much for all your help and service.

GoogleI was delighted with the tenant find service offered by Livermores, in particular Lisa Harris. She really bothered to get to know me and what I was looking for. She negotiated a mutually agreeable package and before I knew it there were plenty of good quality viewings all undertaken by Livermores. I was kept fully informed at every stage and when I was offered a potential tenant Lisa did some checks to see if it would be a good fit which saved me time and them money. In the end it took less than a week to find a lovely family who I hope will be with me for a while. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use Livermores in future.

I have put my offer down for flat in crayford high Street and I filled all the paperwork the asked for the flat and they just turned up said to me flat is sold I gone back to them and said why you didn’t come back to me my offer was not accepted they got higher offers I said I will pay more for it They just turned up to be.getting money back handed I have found the owner details I did write to him I have attached my email and to see what corrupt agents they are in Crayford branch

DARTFORD BRANCH - Sent multiple emails to view properties to let and never heard from them. Called 3 days in a row and no answer. Emailed again today, no reply. Called again and they finally answered. Gave no name. Asked about the property I showed interest in. Was told it’s not available and then they hung up. Is there any need to be that unprofessional?
