GoogleCannot fault these guys at all. Their customer service is second to none. Recently bought a property with them, and the service I got from Lisa, Joe, and Rachel in sales progression was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who is planning to buy or sell and would definitely look to use them in the future. Thanks guys you really made the whole process as easy as possible.

My agent was Lisa and sale progressor was Liz whom from start to finish was exceptional and managed to list, manage viewings and negotiate, sell my property and Liz manages the sales progression with confidence. Absolutely disgusting. Went to Livermores Crayford to search for a 1 bed property, got told straight in the face that they don’t have anything to-let! Then I inquired about one of their available properties through Zoopla, they called me for a viewing. Staff are so judgmental , absolutely ridiculous.

Once the offer was accepted the case was managed by Liz Payne in the Dartford branch who was very efficient in updating me throughout the process and liaising with all parties to facilitate the sale as best as possible. GoogleLivermores Crayford have been very helpful and informative in the transition to renting my first property. I have been communicating directly with Chloe Bassett that has been extremely responsive, even on her days off via emails and calls. She has continued to keep my up to date on almost a daily basis and have not received a service like this! I would suggest if you are looking to book viewings to book directly with Livermores rather than through 3rd parties such as Zoopla and right move as they are much more responsive this way.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Our house purchase has been a long and challenging journey, and without Lisa’s diligence, compassion, fair-mindedness and professionalism at every turn we very well may have lost the property and started our search again. Because of her, I cannot recommend Livermores Crayford branch enough. GoogleFrom the start Livermores have been exceptional, very professional but also friendly. Great service, especially from Martin towards the end when problems arose. It seemed to me he was the only one to keep the chain complete and in check even when the chain was about to break. He came up with multiple options to make it work even when there seemed to be no hope. If it wasn't for him it would never have happened. He definitely went the extra mile.
