GoogleHi everyone , l wanted to purchase a property through this agent. after the negotiation l have been told that the property has defective lease. about 1 week later my solicitor got the pack of the property and he advised me that l wont be able to get mortgage offer because of the ground rent problem. so l wasted so much time on this property because they dont know what they sell and obviously my solicitor will charge me for checking this too. poor service. not professional.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleLivermores have been managing my property for the past 6 years. My tenant left unexpectedly and the service I have received from Livermores has been more than I expected. Tracey from the Dartford office and Chloe from the Crayford office have together looked after me really well. I met Chloe at the property when it was ready to be marketed and was impressed with the level of professionalism. I was equally impressed with the turnaround time of leaving a message with another member of staff and the time it took to get a call back. 100% recommend and am truly grateful for their guidance throughout the process. People are so judgmental in Livermores, I have been spoken to like I’m trash when seeking 2 bed properties I have then gone for 1 bed and told me it’s too small, nothing is ever explained just told. They are so rude and unprofessional.

GoogleI recently moved out for the first time from my parents, it was all very scary and new but I found the perfect little starting point and found a flat in Dartford advertised by Livermores, The first meet to view the property was arranged and the Estate Agent turned up on time and they were really helpful in showing us the property and explaining how things worked. After we went to Livermores, paid the deposit passed the referencing we was designated our own Property Manager Stacy she was fantastic with us even when we had a few teething problems I always felt I could drop her an email or a phone call and she would come straight back with help or an answer or even a friendly reassuring chat. Unfortunately after a few months the flat did not meet our needs. Stacy tried her absolute hardest to find us somewhere else, was great with contacting our Landlord on our behalf and dealing with all the paperwork etc. For our first experience with renting I could not have picked such a better Company to use, so reasonable and helpful !! I recommend this Estate agents so much and would give them 10 starts if I could, and if you do use them hopefully your be as lucky as we were to have Stacy as our property manager because i guarantee you a hassle free and great experience!!!

GoogleGreat service! The staff are efficient and will keep you in the loop throughout the whole process, from start to end. Our initial house open day was with Lisa and then onto the paperwork side of things with Liz. Both have been great and a big help. I would happily recommend using Livermore’s!
