GoogleI have used this agent now on multiple occasions in the last 12 years. Following the completion of a sale yesterday it was time to provide a review. On this occasion I had a buyer in 48hrs. They moved quickly to get it marketed and I had three viewings on day one. One of them increased their offer and the property was removed from the market on day two. Fantastic work Lisa! Not long after Liz (Sales progressor) was involved nudging everyone and everything to ensure dwell time was reduced. It was clear from our conversations that Liz was experienced in her field and it showed in the progress of the sale. Liz was very reassuring and helped me get the result we needed. I cannot thank her enough. The experience really was impressive. I always did before and will definitely continue to recommend. Absolute top job to Liz and the team. Thank you Livermores once again.
