Got very familiar with Livermores Dartford when trying to sell my flat due to the cladding crisis scuppering those plans! Rented through their letting agency instead whilst everything got sorted and then eventually sold through them when it was.

An excellent team from the viewing agents to sales staff. The senior sales advisor Lisa Harris is without doubt the best I've had dealings with. Buying or selling I would recommend Livermores.

We tried to sell with 3 other estate Agents which gave us very bad advice on selling price.so decided to use Livermores. Lisa Harris came round told us the reason we hadn’t sold as price was to high. She worked hard and got it sold for us.all the staff at crayford was as very helpful always helping to solve any problems that occurred during the process of selling and buying.we have been trying to move to Devon for over two years but had no luck until we went to Livermores.Lisa Harris was the one that made our dream move happen. so if you are going to sell your house don’t waste time on other estate agents just go straight to Livermores crayford or dartford

GoogleFantastic service from Archie and his team in Crayford. Very prompt on any task at hand, nothing is ever too much of an ask, highly recommend using Livermores. The only issue we had was with the progresser who made no attempt at getting to know us. Contacted us through the progressing app which was odd. Thankfully, Archie took over and was smooth thereafter.

When we first met Lisa with her friendly manner and professional attitude, she gave us every confidence that we would have a Good response. Boy a brilliant response around thirty viewings within a few days! Once we had a prospective buyers Liz Payne, from the Dartford branch took over. Liz is a force to be reckoned with! Once again highly professional, keeps you in the loop regularly. Our sale was fairly protracted ( buyers slapdash solicitors). Liz done her utmost to get our sale completed as quickly as humanly possible. She simply was a joy to have representing us and took the stress from us... Thanks so much Liz. Livermores are without doubt the best agents that we have ever used
