If you are from different background, I must say stay away as they act differently. If I could give 0 star I would give. Just stay away from them if you are a renter.

GoogleI am a landlord of over 10 years and have been working with Land Estates Dartford for the last 6 years. They are a great local estate agent with fantastic knowledge of the Dartford area. I would single out Lewis in the Lettings Team for a special mention - not only does he know his stuff, but more importantly he is reliable and responsive and LISTENS to what his clients want/need and gives the right advice. The result is a fantastic level of service from him every time. I would highly recommend.

Landestates provided the full management service for 1st year and then i requested them to stop providing the service for 2nd year. However they charged further 8% of annual rent and they taken large amount of money.

Land Estates are very professional in their dealings. They took on board my needs as a landlord and the calibre of tenants I required for my property. Great communication from the team involved in process from marketing/viewings/signing of contract. I felt reassured and was kept in the loop throughout. The patient nature of the staff meant no query/concern was too small or big for them to address as soon as it was brought to their attention. Thank you to Lewis/Joshua/Kim. GoogleThe viewing process has been a great experience. Lewis was very friendly and able to answer any questions we've had, even as silly ones as related to parking permits or space availability in the area or about council tax band :) in my opinion, this is super important as I've had other viewings where agents literally told me to check for answers to my questions online.. Overall, very professional and highly recommended!

We have recently exchanged contracts on our house purchase and have been in regular contact with Donna at Land Estates. She has been consistently helpful, efficient, understanding and professional at all times. She has often gone above and beyond in pushing things forward on everyone’s behalf. Although, technically we were not her clients and she was obviously acting on behalf of her sellers, she has been fantastic in her positive, helpful attitude towards us also, which has been greatly appreciated, particularly when dealing with smaller enquires by having a more direct channel to our seller and then responding to us quickly. She has added the human touch to the whole experience.Thank you Donna.

We’re currently renting our first flat with Land Estates and had Lewis deal with us. He was fantastic, my partner has just started a new job and so his financial reference took longer than hoped but Lewis was fantastic with helping us sort everything out despite the delay and kept us in the loop with everything despite the fact that the referencing is done by a third party company. Having dealt with different estate agents in the past when renting university accommodation I can say Land Estates is the most positive experience I’ve had so far and you can tell they really care about their customers.

Having dealt with different estate agents to find a property to suit my needs... I came back to land estates whom I’ve previously dealt with before, who were able to assist.Without doubt land estates came out on top as the best around. Collectively as a team they show real professionalism, any issues or queries they address too promptly and communicate very well amongst themselves and there clients.They’ve helped me in my quest once again to settle in to the property that I desired most and that accommodated my needs.I for one will be continuing to deal with Land Estates for the foreseeable future knowing they most certainly never fail to disappoint and I’m in good hands.
