I'll like to thank the guys at Land Estates and more importantly Donna for a pleasant property buying experience, from the moment I went to view the property to collecting the keys. Donna was always positive and managed the vendor and buyer excellently. I think her upbeat and positive attitude during the whole purchase process made the experience that much calming. Its probably crazy to say but there is actually nothing I could suggest could have been done better, Donna always responded to my emails pronto and was always on hand to answer all my questions, she gave updates when the solicitors delayed and provided support and encouragement till completion. I actually preferred calling Donna when I had question about the buying process than calling the solicitors. I'll give you 10 stars if it were available. Thanks Wale

How can I rate this Estate Agent? 10 out of 5 Stars! From achieving us the highest selling price, to getting an offer within weeks. Their their level of professionalism and hands-on approach during the sale (helping smooth out any issues I had) was outstanding. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. If you're looking for an agent to sell your house, then stop looking and give them a call. You'll be glad you did!

As landlords in Dartford, we have only got wonderful things to say about Land Estates. They are responsible, timely with emails, answer the phone within 5 rings and most importantly the atmosphere in the office is warm yet professional, with clearly evident great relationships between all team members. Unlike other larger multi-branch estate agents, they really do "own and understand" your lettings property well and you can always speak to someone who knows your property. The have given spot-on advice recommending appropriate pricing points for marketing and letting, and to troubleshoot on things like check-in, fixing minor snags and recommend workmen for issues that inevitably arise within properties. Other larger agents (which we have also used in the past), tend to put you to head office when no one is around for your to leave a message - and there appears to be high turnover of staff so you tend to always speak to someone new who doesn't know your property well). We have now been with Land Estates for over 2 years and have learned that beyond the initial letting, they are highly responsible when dealing with "problems" - exactly what you need from an estate agent - to double down on efforts to solve problems when needed. We we unfortunate in having a defaulting tenant - and this is where Land Estates really comes into its strength - guiding and supporting us through the stressful process to evict this tenant - taking a lot of the responsibility and communications (and stress) away from us, even through court proceedings! All in all, a big shout out - and a resounding thumbs up - If you are thinking of an estate agent to let your property in Dartford, choose Land Estates - you will not be disappointed! In particular shout outs to: Kim - manager and fantastic at high level sorting out of any issues Lewis - head of lettings - and a good "read" of people and potential tenants. It's crucially important to listen to Lewis who will tell you his honest opinion about potential tenants (both good and bad) Zoe - who deals with check-in/check-out. Thorough, meticulous, and responsive and a hawk-like attention to detail. Rest of office team: Charlene, Jade etc who are all excellent and responsive. B and WL

I have viewed in excess of 20 houses in the last few weeks and land estates was the only company who seemed to actually know about the property they were advertising. AVOID AVOID AVOID The worst agency I ever dealt with, especially when it comes to repairs or issues reported. Takes forever to get something done after a lot of chasing by phone and email, mostly things just dont get done at all. Always condescending attitude trying to make you feel like you don't know anything or are flat out stupid and wasting their precious time. When raising issues in the flat, such as mice infestation or cold drafts, damp on the wall or giant holes around pipes, they will say it is supposed to be like that because "this is living in England". If the market wasn't so ridiculous with prices, we would be long gone. When the time comes to finally move elsewhere, I wonder if they'll make issues to not pay back the deposit as plenty reviewers stated here. They don't deserve even 1 star.
