For that I step inside of this Agency in hope in my heart to fiind something proper,and I was very happy to discover exact I wish for my family.......good price ,good condition,good propety ! But that is not all ! .....because my position it was a little unusual( I am Romanian and is first time here etc. ) they help me to understand all proces of teenance,to rent a house. GoogleAfter 28 years in our property selling our home was always going to be a stressful time. We decided we wanted an agent that provided a bespoke service, one that cared and shared our vision of our next chapter in our life. The national estate agents just do not offer that kind of approach in our opinion. Land estates offer the caring, bespoke service which enabled us to fulfil our dream. Donna and Ali provided that client service that makes you feel you are being well looked after. When the vital moments of making sure the exchange of contracts went smoothly Donna provided that extra service that is required to make you feel comfortable that things were under control! GoogleI’ve been dealing with this agent for close to a year now and the interpersonal skills the majority of the staff possess are extremely atrocious, non caring and utterly rude. I’ve raised several concerns on many occasions and every time they have been fallen on deaf ears and I have to keep chasing them up. And when I do eventually get to someone, the response is very demeaning and not forthcoming or eager to sort the problem out - as they very clearly point out on their website where they state customer satisfaction is of sever importance to them - in my case an utter lie. Apparently they have also recently received awards for their amazing services but I am still yet to see this in practice. I live in a property that they manage with a young child and they have not seen to issues I’ve raised. Only this Thursday after months of chasing them up, is a smoke & carbon monoxide alarm going to be fitted in the property. So for a year it was not working and no checks were carried out - which is illegal. I would HIGHLY recommend you do not deal with this agent as you will be dissatisfied. I am only remaining in the property as I am a single parent and the current renting climate is extremely difficult so I am trying to secure a suitable home before I move. I cannot wait to leave this agent and deal with a much kinder, professional service. I have been renting for 6 years and never have I come across an atrocious service such as Land Estates. If an option for zero stars was available I would have selected that. But unfortunately I had to tap one star I. Order to post this review. I hope I have saved many innocent, hard working people from getting involved with an agent you will definitely have ongoing problems with.
