I had a viewing and was told everything is ok in the room.I made payment and signed my tenancy agreement and was given a key to the room only to arrive in a room that has no electricity and heaters are not working.Your company immediately told me you don't deal with maintenance!! Ok I contacted the landlord and it took 24hours to have electricity supply but almost 48hours now and I am freezing in a cold room.

LEWIS was always available to respond to all my enquiries, even during situations when he should have been off duty. Meeting him at the property at Moatfield House Dartford twice, he was always punctual and still had to wait for me even while i was running late for property view. GoogleAs a former tenant for over 2 years, Land Estates is the epitome of what you want in an estate agent company. The liaison between myself and the landlord was ideal. All maintenance issues were dealt with swiftly, with professionalism and support from the agency. Promptness from requests to the agency, them speaking the landlord and returning back to me with a result and solution to the issues were dealt with swiftly. Even throughout the pandemic; they made sure as tenants, we were their priority. Lewis, Kim, Donna, Tamsin, Ali and Jack are a few of the fantastic staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with the last few years. Top staff, top company. These are the guys you need to be coming to for your housing rental or buying queries in Dartford or surrounding areas. Thank you for making for what so many find so difficult as tenants, so easy with you with professionalism, support and kindness.

She couldn't have helped enough, she always went above and beyond and she made sure that she got the best possible deal for me and gave me the best advice.
