Absolutely fantastic. I cannot say how impressed I was with the whole experience. Donna was on the ball and if it wasn't for her pushing the solicitor i probably will still be waiting to buy my flat. GoogleWe have been dealing with land estate, Lewis in particular. This is our first home that we will be renting away from our parents, lewis made it so easy and transparent for us. I cannot imagine we have been easy to deal with, constant phone calls and emails with questions but he was so helpful! Can highly recommend!

Google"IF YOU ARE A BUYER THEN YOU WILL BE CONNED" : If you are looking to buy a property through Land Estate agents then dont expect any transparency and customer care. We saw a property and offered much higher price than the asking price with room for negotiation and they asked for our mortgage details without accepting our offer and then were told over the email "unfortunately other party had a better offer" without even giving us a chance to increase our offer or negotiate. Its like you are bidding for a property without actually paying the correct price and without even knowing what the other parties are offering. We are just money making opportunities its like day light robbery. Apparently when we asked to raise our concern then we realised we were dealing with the Branch Manager "Donna" her self and the best part was she emailed me saying "They work for the SELLER'S" and that's when I gave up on these agents.Trust me, try them and you will repent! Highly disappointed!! 0 Rating!!
Dear Rachit, I treated you very fairly. I gave you the opportunity to come back with a best and final offer and you did. As well as the other buyers. It was only when I emailed you to inform you your offer was not successful that you told me you could increase it. We are fair to all our buyers as to how the process works and the other buyers who offered have understood this. GoogleI have been renting for 20 years and have never experienced such rude, unprofessional and poor service. Can only comment on rental not sales. Maintenance works are not completed sufficiently if at all in some cases. Agents shockingly attempted to withhold deposit unlawfully- I now know I’m not the first, report to property ombudsman. Had a great landlord which was a shame as agents were rude, very aggressive and greedy. I am so grateful for deposit protection scheme as agents have been denied to unlawfully withhold deposit. I have never had to raise a dispute in all my years of renting. I would advise renters to search online for reviews from tenants. Renters avoid

GoogleThis agency have been absolutely wonderful through the difficult sale of my elderly parents' house - professional certainly, but also kind and considerate. Do not worry about them being relatively small, and independent instead of part of a large network as they punch far above their weight. The service you get is top notch, and that is from everyone in the office not just your main contact. As vendors, we popped out one day for a cup of coffee, Ali sold the house, and then Donna managed the rest of the sale process with an absolute minimum of intrusion or impact on us. They also got us a much higher price than even proposed by other (larger!) agents! They make a formidable team which I cannot recommend highly enough - I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone.
