GoogleDonna and Lewis are a fantastic team, Lewis with his quiet professionalism, Donna with her tenacity and cheerful support for us. It took a long time to sell our property due to the state of the market, buyers having to pull out etc. but with their help we got there in the end. In a perfect world all Estate Agents would be like Land Estates.

Land Estate will do anything just to get your money. They don't care about the tenants or landlord and certainly lack in communication. There is no transparency and I was given incorrect information, very irresponsible. Kim is very pushy and not honest. Not a person I would like to deal with ever again. Don't trust her words, better still avoid using this company altogether.

Donna the Sales Manager is the most professional, proactive person I have come across in the industry. GoogleI have been phoning daily to try and have someone from letting phone me back for a viewing that I made very clear is quite urgent and keep on getting the same response that they are busy and someone will get back to me when they have time. If I need to go through this much effort with no feedback I will be happy to not use them now or in the future! Worst agency I have dealt with!! Thank you for the response but it took me 4 calls to get that information from her, if it’s not available then someone should have just contacted us to let us know , so I don’t have to phone daily to find out what is happeningNegativeResponsiveness

I believe yesterday afternoon you spoke with Tamsin, who explained that unfortunately, we did not have access to the property as we were waiting for the current tenants to call us with times and dates for access and therefore could not make any arrangements for you to view at this time. Tamsin explained that as soon as we are able to gain access that you would be called to make arrangements for you to attend a viewing. I appreciate that your situation is urgent but unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do until we hear from the current tenant. I can confirm that you are on the list to view and you will be called as soon as possible. I see that you have completed our pre-registration form and it is with our Lettings Team. GoogleTerrible communications! I was a bit hesitant to write this review as I have previously met the manager Ali as I was going to sell my house through Land estates. I called to book a viewing for a property the day it went live online. I gave my details to be put on a waiting list as an open day had yet to be arranged and I was told someone would call me back with a time. I called the following day and was told they are still trying to arrange the open day. Two days later I called again and was told the open day is now fully booked! I explained what happened and informed I would be booked in on a doubled up appointment and Someone would call me back to confirm a time. No reply! I called again today and was told I can’t have an appointment. Very poor organisation and communication skills.NegativeProfessionalism

i am another agent, and am writing this as we had a tenant enquire about one of our properties, while refencing was going through the prospective tenant told us he had late payment history and was in rent arears, we received the reference back from fcc paragon, the reference stated that there was no AREARS no LATE PAYMENT and the tenant has acted in the correct and proper manor, after calling the office to find out how this reference was given as it was not true, they replied they were aware of the late payment history and also aware that there was still arears but the tenant had agreed to pay it tomorrow, shocking this agent would have given a false reference and our new landlord would have been lead to believe a total different story, the Letting agent also said that it was fine to give a false reference and that they had done nothing wrong, be aware anyone that is looking to use this company for lettings
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I presume this is from Lisa Howlett, the Director of 2 Let Homes. Firstly, I have to say that the way you conducted yourself over the phone was highly unprofessional and nothing short, from what my staff have described as bordering on hysteria. Each member of my staff who were in the office yesterday and had the misfortune of answering the call to you were screamed at, shouted at and threatened by you. At no point did you even give any of my staff a chance to speak and discuss the matter in a calm and professional manner. You also, threatened to come to our office. I do not understand what you proposed to gain from your visit. The tenant was not in rent arrears when the request for reference was received and that is all I will be saying on that point. I would also like to mention that none of my staff, especially my Lettings and Compliance Manager would dream of saying that it is “fine” to give a false reference. What you have indicated above is completely untrue. I am confident in my team, the reviews below and on Google confirm that I have professional, calm and highly skilled staff. I can also confirm that I have read the reviews for 2 Let Homes on All Agents and can say that having read them, I have no doubt that my staff have been truthful in their account of events yesterday whilst dealing with you. The team at Land Estates sold my house in Dartford, February 2018 and my aunt's the year previous. House moving is notoriously stressful, having Donna and her team on side took away much of this worry and stress,. They dealt with the buyers, taking charge of the viewings, keeping up-to-date with surveys and dealing with all solicitors involved in the transaction. I would recommend Land Estates for the personal touch they offer.
