I would a 100% recommend Landsestate, I was dealing personally with a rogue tenant and then contacted land estate through a word of mouth from my sister in law, they took over dealing with tenant, they managed dealing with the tenant, the courts and even attended court hearings with me, kept me informed via email and calls, showed empathy for what I was going through, I can hands down say it was one of the most difficult time for me as a landlord and Landsestate was there all through, we are finally on the last hurdle of getting the most difficult tenant out and they are still working with me.Words can't express how thankful I'm to the whole team at Landsestate, Kim, Louis, Alexia, thank you guys😊😊😊😊😊.

Land Estates are absolutely FANTASTIC! I was in a desperate situation and needed to move into rented accommodation quickly. I found a flat I was interested in and called them. The first person I spoke to was Lewis, being ignorant of the procedure to rent a property I told him I needed to move in today. He politely explained that it wouldn’t be possible but Friday the same week would. This was on Tuesday, I viewed the property and it was just as Lewis said, really nice. I paid the holding deposit immediately, I was then called by another lovely lady called Kim who took a few details from me and reminded me what I needed to submit.I submitted all the required documents the following day and by 3pm I had been approved! I was so happy! Everything has been finalised and just as Lewis said I will get the keys on Friday! May I add that I am self employed and I have not yet submitted my full taxes, even though I earn very good money I was a little concerned. But since I was able to prove my income it wasn’t a problem. I am very grateful to Lewis and Kim for their professionalism, honesty and willingness to help. Even though the process was short they kept in contact with me the entire time to inform me of what was going on, and I really appreciated that because only God knows how nervous I was!Thanks to Land Estates, I can finally move on with my life again in a beautiful flat in a lovely area. I highly recommend this company! Thanks again to Lewis and Kim I wish them many blessings!

The service from Land Estates was brilliant from the very beginning. Ali came round and was very friendly and gave an honest view on strategy, valuation, and timings. From there on we had viewings within the first 2 weeks and had an offer close to our asking price. Help with negotiations were helpful and we managed to agree on a price fairly quickly. Donna was constantly in contact from there on to give us updates and help us through the sale process. Despite us having a quite difficult buyer, Donna managed to keep a lot of the stress away from us and kept us informed throughout the process. I would happily recommend Land Estates to anyone in the area looking to sell their property and I will look to use them again if I'm selling.

It wasn't the smoothest transaction (nothing to do with Land Estates) but they kept interest and maintained pressure on all parties to keep things going even when it all looked like it was going to fall through.
