GoogleAll I can say is ,the sale of my father's house has gone through very smoothly. The open day resulted in four offers being made and a price agreed in excess of our expectations. Chris had been in constant contact with my father to help with any queries regarding the sale and his approachable and professional manner has helped to make the whole process relatively stress free. If and when I come to sell my property, Fox Estates will be my first choice.

GoogleI used Chris Fox to sell my house and this is one Estate Agent that really did earn his money. The service was exceptional, with issues dealt with immediately and not put down until they were resolved. I've moved enough times to know that not all sales go through smoothly, but with Chris Fox battling my corner, going way beyond what I would have expected, everything got sorted and the sale back on track. I will definitely use Fox estates to sell my next property too and have recommended them to Friends & Family.
