Right from the start and first contact through to sale and completion Fox Estate agents were there for you. They presented our property to a number of prospective buyers and provided feedback after viewings that gave an in site as to how other people view your home warts and all. We bought a house that was being sold through Fox Estates and were quite impressed with their level of knowledge and customer service. All staff were friendly and courteous and knowledgeable about the house they were selling. They didn't muck around either - they told us that if the vendor agreed our offer they would take the house straight off the market and not accept any more offers, which they did. Only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because for the last two weeks before completion they wouldn't let us enter the property - apparently they were too busy to attend with us, even when I asked a week in advance and for on a week day! Unfortunately the house was empty, hence the need for them to be there. It meant that our building work was pushed back at least a few weeks as the builder couldn't come in and view the property with us, which was quite annoying as the house was unlivable in.

Rang Fox estates for a valuation and the owner Chris Fox came out to value my house and as soon as he turned up i recognised him from the BBC programme Homes Under the Hammer which gave me reassurance that he should know what he was talking about. So after the valuation of house for which i was very impressed with and the questions he asked me about the house and local area he left leaving me a presentation pack Fox Estates had put together about house prices sold in my road and the local area. Overall i was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge he has learned with over 30 years experience as an estate agent. 1st Class and very happy.

I instructed Fox Estate Agents firstly because they are a small independent agent and I wanted everything to be dealt with in one office unlike some of the larger firms that move your file to a different location once your house is sold. Chris Fox is a kind, genuine man and he goes above and beyond what is required of an estate agent. In particular he makes you feel that your house is the only house he is selling - he is up to date with developments and available 24/7 should you need him to be. I don't think I could have continued with the process without Chris and I cant recommend him enough.
