Selling a house is meant to be one of the most stressful things you can go through! What stress? Any that might have been coming our way was quickly handled by Chris & the team. Not one phone call or email was left unanswered & in most instants’ Chris was forward planning in keeping us informed. He recommended other professions that we would need in the process from solicitors to removals & we were not disappointed. We would never hesitate to recommend or use his services again. GoogleI have been in the property business as a developer for more years than I care to remember, I’m now retired and live in Mallorca. When it came to selling my mothers home after she passed away I didn’t wish to be very involved so I put it in the hands of Chris Fox and his team. My timing was lousy Brexit hotly pursued by Covid and it was a retirement property. Nonetheless they persevered and finally found me a good buyer at a fair price. GoogleI have used Fox Estates twice now to sell my house and my nans house. All of the staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They assisted me in what was a very stressful time and guided me through the process. Having dealt with other estate agents of which i did not like or trust - Fox Estates will always be the estate agent i will use.
