I recently sold my Flat in Erith through tenacious efforts by Chris French , Chris and Liam. Chris never gave up even when I lost fate due to short lease! I can't thank Chris and his team enough for a job well done! I recommend Chris Fox estate agents to deliver excellent service. There was the constant Friday evening calls from Chris French for weekly briefing and reassurance. I am absolutely happy and will be using them again!

Having made the sad decision to sell our family home after moving mum into a local care home, Fox Estates were our obvious choice having received helpful advice in the past. Chris Fox went way beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. He was very efficient and kept me completely informed at every stage of the process of selling my father's house. He arranged a considerable number of viewings, including open house viewings, and gave me immediate feedback after each one. He was always available by phone or email if I had a query and he kept an eye on the property while it was empty. Chris is very personable and genuinely interested in his clients. I know that he was also staying in touch regularly with the prospective buyer and the neighbours. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
