The family would like to thank Fox Estate, especially Alison, for their amazing work in selling our late Mother's flat. What was a difficult sale, with 'problems' at every turn, was made easier by Alison. She kept on top of the solicitors (who were difficult to get hold of!) and ensured that we were informed of what was happening at every step of the sale - even contacting us on her day off to say the sale had finally gone through! Achieved the asking price very quickly for us on our 1 bed flat in Sutton At Hone. Helped us through the buying and selling process. Despite us using an incompetent conveyancer, fox were relentless in helping get us across the line. Communication was fantastic throughout. Every member of the team, Liam, Holly and in particular Alyson should be proud of their service, professionalism and attitude.

After an initial first 2 months with no contact, the team massively turned this around and touched base with us regularly. They were really helpful and open to discussion about the best way to market the property (due to the type of property, it was a niche market). Alyson was particularly supportive, approachable and friendly which really opened up the lines of communication. Telephone conversations were always confirmed by email so that we had a reference of what was discussed. In fairness, the whole team in the office that we met and spoke to were all friendly and professional (a special mention to Liam and Daisy). They are a smaller estate agents so the service feels very personable. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend Fox Estate Agents to my friends and family.

I appointed Fox estate agents to sell my late Aunts leasehold property based on their knowledge of properties on the retirement estate. Not only did they find a purchaser quickly, they managed the sale with total professionalism and sold it for the asking price. The sale process wasn't progressing as the executors conveyancing solicitors seemed to drag their heels and had it not been for the efforts of Alyson Fox, who was like 'a dog with a bone', the sale would have fallen through on more than 1 occasion. I have to rate Fox Estates as 5 star and would give Alyson 12 out of 10!! Note for Chris Fox, you need to pay her double :)

I won’t lie, it was hard selling our house, it’s wasn’t the best time to sell, although it seems to have calmed down a bit now, but back in July/August we had some real trouble with potential buyers worried about interest rate rises etc, but Fox Estates hung in there with us, took a couple months longer than usual but we got there in the end. Chris French actually saved us from having to offload our truck in the street (and in the snow!) when it looked like we weren’t going to complete in time by doing some investigating for us about why the completion was being held up past 4pm! Our solicitor just wasn’t as fast. We were panicking but we ended up completing and getting our keys in time luckily due to Chris finding out what the new build developers needed to know to remain on standby for us to move in slightly later than they would normally. Thanks Chris and Liam - we so very much appreciate your efforts. Fox Estates are just brilliant.

I'm moving house for the first time in 30+years. Fox Estates took me under their wing from the get go. I was originally selling with my late partner. Chris Fox and Allyson kept in touch throughout a lengthy probate process to the point where I was ready and able to sell. From that point all was well. Liam took Instagram worthy pictures for the brochure and Chris French took charge of the selling process dealing directly with solicitor's etc and setting up and managing a viewing day with 8 prospective buyers. I received offers over the asking price and accepted one just over a week after the house was first put on the market. I'm sure I have asked naive and elementary questions but every time I spoke to Chris French, she was immediately on the case sorting and solving problems as they arose. Her customer service is second to none (as is that of her colleagues) and her calm manner and wise advice set my mind at rest every time. I would award 10stars if I could , such is my admiration for what I believe to be the best estate agents in the Dartford area.

Moving is never without stress and we were already a bit frayed around the edges after a previous purchase had fallen through and our sale had been dealt with by an estate agent who showed little interest in us their customer . As soon as we met Chris French we immediately knew that she would look after us and do everything in her power to ensure that the process was as stress free as it could be . Chris showed integrity, honesty and worked tirelessly. When she said she would chase something she did, when we emailed her she responded , when we asked her a question she took the time to ensure that we had the full facts . The communication was top notch and we were impressed with this family run business who really do treat their clients with a sense of value and importance . I have been through this process 5 times and I don't remember any other estate agent but I will always remember Fox estates for their professionalism and above all their kindness .
