I cannot speak highly enough for the service I received from Chris Fox, Chris French, Allyson and Liam. I needed to sell my sisters' flat after she sadly passed away. I live 150 miles away. After the initial consultation with Chris Fox I returned home, I was kept informed every step of the way by telephone and email. We went for a sole agency with Fox estates after looking at ratings online. After a bad experience with another nationwide company based in Dartford we felt this family run business was worth a try. We were impressed by the professionalism of Chris Fox and his view on how we should market the property. Chris French was our primary contact although Alyson and Liam did sterling work for us in her absence. Chris worked tirelessly on the sale which was a difficult one for a raft of reasons but nothing was too much trouble. Protracted legal issues held up the sale but her positiveness never wavered even when we felt like terminating the transaction. We have now sold and can't thank the team enough. Five stars. John

Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to have a property in Dartford valued for probate purposes. As I do not live in the area I contacted the estate agent nearest to the property, who happened to be Chris Fox. Chris was sympathetic to the situation, supportive and effective and carried out a viewing and provided me with a valuation within a few days. He dealt with a difficult situation with the utmost sensitivity and professionalism. If the time comes when I need to sell the property Chris will be my first point of contact not because he is the nearest but because I would want the same level of service again, fast, efficient with great communication.
