GoogleHad a viewing with this guy recently. Found him to be rude and quite aggressive. I wouldn't use him to sell a properly, that's for sure...
If anyone wants to complain about our award winning estate agency we have a dedicated customer service manager. We always listen to our customers and would try and resolve any issues. As they say you can not please all of the people all of the time. There is always of course 2 sides to any story. We have no record of this chap and we keep very good records. Maybe a key board warrior. Only seems to ever leave low reviews!! Maybe he is bored. Happy to meet up face to face with this chap to discuss his views further. I certainly would not be rude or aggressive to anyone. Maybe if we did meet in the past he was having a bad day or perhaps a little over sensitive and feels the need to vent his own anger.
