GoogleStarted off fine with two lovely staff helping us with the property we were buying then for some reason it got changed to someone else who is still using hiking the price tactic gazumping! One told us no more bids another said we could still bid as long as it was above asking price ! Got told by a few people that this person has a reputation for this sort of thing(one being another colleague!). Do not trust them and have swapped to a better estate agent and found our dream home and getting much better quality service.
