Long story short, we spoke by phone and texted with Tony for almost a year. It was destined to be a good match considering he, a Londoner, was living in my old home town & I was living in his. The advice and help he gave my husband and I were invaluable: + when and how to best market our property + recommending a reliable solicitor for the sale + as we weren't in situ, acting as our go-between and taking care of all the necessary paperwork + for being available 24/7, and touching base frequently + and last but not least, for just being a really great guy to work with. Without reservation, we'd highly recommend Anthony Jones Properties ; the professionalism, coupled with the personal and friendly service, that Tony provided was beyond excellent.

Do not hesitate to use Anthony Jones. Tony and Grace are professional, friendly, insightful and informative, with you every step of the journey and always on hand. The whole experience is handled with utmost care and attention to detail which you quite simply do not receive elsewhere in our experience. Communication and contact time is second to none and if you have ever experienced conveyancing pitfalls and hurdles you will appreciate the need of a good reliable agent with sound advice and swift action, long after the sales pitch and promises have faded and office doors close at 5pm. Tony and Grace cannot be more highly recommended by us and you should not hesitate in using them to secure your next sale or dream home. Nicola and Simon

So impressed with Anthony Jones properties. They took over the sale of our property midway through the process as our first agent closed their business down. It proceeded smoothly with no hold ups. Their staff were very friendly and kept us informed all the way through. I would certainly recommend them and definitely use them again if I have another property to sell.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Anthony Jones properties is quite new in market. However, I believe I received excellent advise and service from Toni who was enthusiastic and passionate about his work. I bought the property and whole experience from start to end has been excellent. All queries were answered very swiftly. What I really liked was the personal touch to all the communication. I will strongly recommend for anyone who is willing to buy or sell, should consider giving a chance to this company.

I have personally found Anthony Jones Properties based in Darlington, to be a very professional and first class estate agent. My overall experience was seamless. The team were all very helpful and amicable including Charlotte, Grace and Hannah who I liaised with on a number of occasions. On the day of the move the team very kindly gifted a thoughtful hamper which was the icing on the cake.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

An estate agent who genuinely seemed to care about finding the right house at the right price for us. Having registered with most of the estate agents in Darlington, Tony from Anthony Jones was the only one to provide personalised service and actively try to help us find a house while other agents just pressed 'send all' when a new property came to the market and not one followed up after viewings. If I were selling a house in the future, I know who I would use.

Long overdue... We bought and sold with AJP. A new dawn of estate agency in Darlington. Fully contactable 7 days a week, completely understood your needs and requirements, handled all viewings, the images and wording written with thought, quality and the fine detail needed. Oozed professionalism from initial valuation to completion. Helped in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. 10/10.

I wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for the very insightful valuation and advice that I was given by Tony Dobbins. Although we are not ready to put our house on the market yet, we were very impressed at understanding and how to showcase our property to best effect. Once we are ready, we will definitely be putting the property on with Anthony Jones.

I have had many dealings with this company and have found them second to none in knowledge of the market as well as first class client care. I can not say that for other so called estate agents. If you are thinking of buying a new property or selling one call this company first.

So refreshing to deal with an agent who actually goes the extra mile to meet your needs. True time and thought went into finding me the ideal perfect home and I couldn't be happier. My agent Jordane ensured all aspects of the sale were in place and she was a pleasure to deal with :) thank you Anthony Jones
