Dear f f, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our company. We dont seem to have a record of an 'f f' and since you've not stated why you 'didn't think much' of our company, I'm afraid we're not able to be of more assistance. Naturally we would welcome the opportunity to understand how we can improve and would hope that you might be able to find the time to get in touch. Kindest regards, Team AJP

Dear Andrew, thank you for taking the time to post a 3 star review. Unfortuntately since you have not specified which element of our service was lacking and that I cannot find any trace of you being registered with as either a buyer or a seller, I can only presume this was posted in error.

Dear Mr Stretton, Thank you for taking the time to give us a star rating however, I am disappointed that you didn't feel able to describe your experience with us. I am keen to contact you to discuss this further. However, I have looked at our entire database (live and archived) and unfortunately, we have no record of you ever having contacted us as either a buyer, seller or supplier. Perhaps you could give us a call to discuss the matter further. Kind regards
