While looking to relocate from the US to the UK, we considered various different properties and interacted with a number of different estate agents and so we recognize the level of professionalism, service and commitment provided by Tony Dobbins and his amazing team is not common in the field. As remote buyers, trust in the Estate Agent is paramount - you're not there in person. Tony organized a virtual visit to one particular property which had terrible internet service in the interior. Undeterred, he provided us with a detailed and well narrated walk-through which he then provided promptly. Throughout the process, he has been quick to respond to our (many!) questions and has been extremely knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. Not being familiar with the process in England, he has also patiently walked us through what that looks like, and provided recommendations for solicitors and so on to facilitate getting started. I would recommend Anthony Jones, and especially Tony to anyone looking for a great agent!

We have just completed the purchase of our first home, and cannot recommend Anthony Jones Properties more highly. As first time buyers, we had no idea what we were letting ourselves in for, but from the first conversation with Tony, we felt that we were in safe hands. Due to unforeseen circumstances, what should have been a relatively quick and easy purchase, became one slowed by back and forth discussions over findings from structural surveys. AJ had taken on the property when Close Thornton ceased business and our dealings with AJ were always prompt, knowledgable and professional. We dealt mainly with Abi who always returned our queries quickly - particularly on one call when she guessed that we had already heard that completion had taken place but still called to check we knew.
