Excellent service! We felt like Tony’s only customers, he was always on hand when we need him. He and Grace were both very helpful and accommodating and with their efficiency we managed to complete our purchase in just over a month! We love our first home, so a huge thank you to all at Anthony Jones Properties for all the attention to detail and little touches as well all the help! Mike and Jess

We can't recommend Tony and his team enough. They have been first class every step of the way with our house sale. From the initial meeting to review our property through the viewings and then management of offers they have been very professional and really good with communicating progress updates.

Anthony Jones is an excellent estate agent and provided us with a great service - twice in the space of 2 years! We dealt with Tony and the team to purchase our house initially then used them again to sell it. Their professionalism, responsiveness and help all round was first class on both occasions. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Brilliant service from start to finish. The team at Anthony Jones have now sold two properties for me and both sales were handled smoothly and professionally, but with a personal touch that made the whole process very easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent and professional service

Excellent process with Tony and the Darlington team for the purchase of my house. From showing me properties in which I was interested to facilitating the agreement of sale, Tony was superb. The timeline was as swift as could hoped for and from the date of the Sale agreement to moving in was slightly less than 8 weeks! Anthony Jones also provided the services of a Sales Progression firm, Emma, who was also great and incredibly efficient at dealing with all queries between the vendors and me. When it came to contract exchange and key handover Tony met me at the property and ensured all was good, which I felt was a nice touch, rather than expecting me to collect them from the office. All round a great job and I would thoroughly recommend both Tony and Emma.

Tony is very knowledgable, and very approachable. He knows his clients and the market. My house was sold before it was even photographed or the sign went up, we received an offer over the asking price within 24 hours. His team are very friendly and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their homes.

Thrilled with everything Tony did for us when viewing and buying our new home. Contactable any time, any day and happy to answer any questions (no matter how small). Tony went above and beyond what any other estate agent we have dealt with has done and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you again so much for everything - we really do appreciate it!

Anthony Jones took over dealings with my sale after the closure of the previous agent. Abi was excellent and always made an effort to keep me updated throughout the whole sale process. I would definitely use Anthony Jones again in future and would advise others to do the same.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

First class service. Tony and Grace were very friendly and informative on the viewing of our new home. We were keep in the loop at every stage, nothing was any trouble for them. They even left us a bottle of champagne and a card welcoming us to our new home. We would highly recommend and give them a five star rating.

We already had a good recommendation for Anthony Jones Properties so chose them to sell our family's home near Darlington, which they did very quickly indeed. Tony & his team were very professional to deal with & gave some excellent advice to ensure our bungalow was not only presented in the best possible way to any prospective buyer but also enabled us to get a price we were very happy with. They were a pleasure to deal with & we can highly recommend them.

Unlike some agents, Tony and the team don't promise you the earth: but they do provide pragmatic, helpful and honest advice to help secure that sale. Excellent sales material and service with a smile.

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment Tony walked through our front door. Honest and down to earth advice, fantastic knowledge of the local property market, and we immediately knew that we were in good hands, so we signed up there and then. Our property sold within a few days and the team were excellent, always in touch with us - even out of hours, we knew exactly what was happening at every stage, and they went over and above to make sure that our sale went as smoothly as possible. We would not use any other agent now, we absolutely 100% recommend Anthony Jones Properties.
