We had a great experience in purchasing a home through Anthony Jones. Every staff member we dealt with was courteous and professional and our queries were always dealt with promptly. There seems to be an attention to detail and drive to provide excellent customer service which is lacking at some of the other estate agents we dealt with in the area. Despite the inevitable bumps in the road which come with purchasing a property we trusted that AJ were doing all they could to ensure all parties were satisfied. I often begrudge paying the commission feeling that the recipient hasn't really done much to deserve the fee they have charge. Not on this occasion! You never really know how good a business or service is until you’ve used them despite any reviews. Very early on Tony contacted us to reassure us they would take care of selling our property despite set backs with another estate agent. The sale team visited the property introducing themselves in a professional manner giving us an idea of the selling process but also familiarising themselves with the property. We can’t fault the team effort and diligent work that went into making our property sale successful. We need to make a special mention about Abi who put her heart and soul in making things happen. She went above and beyond to make sure that the sale was kept on track.
