GoogleFrom the start of our tenancy to the very end, David, our agent, was absolutely fantastic. His professionalism and support made the entire experience seamless. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. Communication with both David and our landlord was excellent throughout, and we never encountered any issues. We can't recommend Your Move highly enough!

GoogleLove these guys, honestly can't praise them enough. Bought my first and second property with Your Move and would highly recommend them. Gutted the financial advisor Mike McEwan has retired who worked for Embrace based in the office. He was a pure gentleman and my wingman when it came to all this. Hopefully his new replacement Stephanie is just as good....no pressure! On the whole though highly highly recommend these guys!!!

GoogleI used Your Move @Dalgety Bay to sell my 5 bedroom house in Inverkeithing earlier this year . From the beginning I found them all to be very professional.Communication with the office was very good ,and was kept updated on everything ,by either Email or telephone.The process was explained fully ,as well as the costs involved.I initially loaded with George the Branch Manager ,then Vicky ,both were superb ,assisted by Cormac,who was excellent,the brochure was excellent .Was updated on upcoming viewing,and promptly communicated with any feedback.House sold within 2 months of being on the market .Would highly recommend using Your Move @ Dalgety Bay .Thanks for everything.

GoogleHaving not sold a property for seventeen years I was nervous to say the least. I shouldn't have been because when George came to view my house he put me completely at ease. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't mind answering any questions that I had. He was knowledgeable about the area and very reassuring the house would sell. One day when I couldn't face having viewers round Cormac stepped up to the mark and showed the viewer round. Cormac was always at the end of the phone when I needed any help. The team work well together and I was so happy I chose them. I would definitely recommend Your Move to anyone considering moving house.

They kept us up to date with everything without us having to contact them. Highly recommended, I wouldn't use anyone else. First class service.

GoogleTop quality service from George and his team at Your Move Dalgety Bay. Made selling my elderly mother’s house easy, which was important as I don’t stay local. At every stage of the process communication was excellent, all my queries were promptly answered, and the advice provided was sound. There was no push to use in house services like some other estate agents when I stated I wanted to use my own surveyor and solicitor as known to my mother. Viewings were arranged to suit my mother and when she came down with COVID George was totally understanding and managed to maintain interest and rearrange viewings. House went on market in March with sale completed in May for more than asking price, doesn’t get much better than that!

GoogleAbsolutely “Top Notch” service from George, Cormac and the rest of the team at the Dalgety Bay branch of Your Move. From our first meeting with him, we were really impressed with his attentiveness, professionalism and friendly manner. He presented our house in the best possible way, which attracted several potential buyers to view the property. Very early on, we had a family bereavement and had to temporarily suspend the sale of our house. The cancellation and subsequent reinstatement of the Your Move contract was seamless. George called us regularly to keep us updated and also to see how we were coping. This personal approach was a real comfort to us and confirmation that we had definitely made the right choice. Cormac was first class too and built a rapport with us equally as well as George. The property was sold above the Home Report value and marketed price, at a time when Bank and mortgage interest rates were rising. We can’t recommend Your Move at Dalgety Bay highly enough, as they really made us feel, and quickly realise without doubt, that THEY ACTUALLY CARED!
