GoogleI have dealt with many estate agents but I must say I am very impressed by the dagenham branch of bairstow eves. I mainly communicated with Daniel Leverton and he has always been professional and very friendly in all the viewings I had with him. Very easy to get on with and very approachable. I never met Karan In person, but I have spoken to her on the phone many times and the customer service she provided over the phone was always fantastic. GoogleI am a 1st time buyer and the agents at Bairstow eves where excellent in helping me find my new home and helping tailor my search to my needs. Lee, Daniel along with karen who I liaised with where very professional, understanding, helpful in answering any questions I had or chasing up any of my enquires. As a 1st time buyer I had hundreds of it & buts worries and concern but it all went very smoothly like a breeze thanks to them from start to finish it did help that the sellers where also wonderful people who where very compliant on the same page as me. Insure I have nothing negative to say about baristow eves in Dagenham only praises And I would definitely recommend them to everyone. GoogleThough we did not end up purchasing property with Bairstows, it was a pleasure dealing with Dan from the branch. He was very responsive, happy to discuss the current ongoings in the housing markets and was happy to share tips for purchasing in general, whether it was with Bairstows or not! He kept me up-to-date with the latest properties, meeting our specifications, that were coming on the market - just before they came onto Rightmove. One of VERY few estate agents that I enjoyed dealing with.

GoogleI cannot praise the staff at Bairstow eves Dagenham enough for everything they have done for me. I enquired about a property and from one phone call they arranged a mortgage appointment with their advisor, who sorted me a mortgage in less than a week. They understood that I was a Teacher and worked around my timings. They found me a property so quickly and really listened to what I wanted and found the right place for me. They helped me with solicitors, paperwork, and explained everything to me in ways I understood. They have sent off documents, scanned copies and just made the whole process of buying my first home so easy. Karen has made this whole process less stressful and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend using Bairstow Eves to buy a property. They made a very scary and new process to me so easy.

GoogleWould never recommend this place as i made an offer on a 2 bed house on Sheppey Road RM9 for £270,000 wich was dealt by Lee Clark, the offer was accepted and i was offered to oppertunity to wait until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and then i can view and purchase. Eventually i viewed the property and said im happy to purchase. Lee Clark then did more viewings and accepted a higher offer. I have all evidences and emails and proof in a diary to prove. If you are a customer or an employee of the company feel free to contact me and i can provide all evidences in much more detail.

Lee the manager was my first contact and reassured me they would take care of everything for me. He was right. Karen helped me with completing and printing out any forms and sent them straight off to my conveyancing solicitors for me. She explained any next steps and guided me through all the procedures. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I was encouraged to phone them if ever I had any queries. From start to finish the customer service here really was first class. GoogleAnother excellent experience with Bairstow Eves Dagenham, I have now both sold and bought with them and again found the entire team to be incredibly professional, friendly and they really couldn't have done more to help. They had potential buyers already lined up, arranged over 20 viewings and ultimately secured 4 separate offers for my flat. Several unfortunate circumstances beset my move with problems elsewhere in my chain. Garry very kindly spent many hours liaising with the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain on my behalf, this took the stress out of moving for me and I have him to thank for preventing the chain from collapsing. The service I received was truly fantastic and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.

GoogleCalled numerous times to view a property for sale, never received a call back or a viewing slot. Really disappointed as being a cash buyer I know I'm in a good position to purchase. Unfortunately left a bad taste so will avoid and will continue searching elsewhere.
