We honestly cannot thank Karen Dunnage enough for everything she did for us throughout the sale of our family home. Bairstow Eves, Dagenham Branch sold two of our buy to let properties, and everything was great from start to finish! We were provided with honest and real market valuations on both properties by Lee and buyers were found without the properties even going on the market, due to their extensive buyer list. One of our properties had been on the market with another agent for a couple of months with little traction, and we switched to Bairstow Eves for our second property after they successfully sold our first property. We had buyers for both properties after the first weekend of viewing. The sale process for both was very smooth from the estate agent perspective, Roshan’s customer service in particular was excellent, he was always friendly and polite, with regular email updates, always available on the phone or would call back if he missed my call. Both Roshan and Karen, the Branch Manager helped chase the various parties to move the sales along and help us get things wrapped up before our baby arrived. Overall, a great estate agent experience which is what you need when buying or selling houses, and we would happily recommend their services based on our experience!
