Met with Lee and a colleague in August to discuss putting my property on the market. They spent a considerable amount of time with us to go over every question we had with no rush or hard sales pitch, which was refreshing as we had seen a few agents. They also had a personal touch in correspondence after the visit which had been discussed during the valuation, it was nice and showed that they had actually been listening rather than looking at just selling a service. I set targets and expectations and they did not fail to deliver, making the whole process simple from start to finish, the team (Karen, Daniel & Nathan) worked tirelessly to ensure there was no hassle or inconvenience to myself whilst still keeping me up-to-date. Bairstow Eves (Dagenham Heathway branch) was exceptional and I have already recommended to a family member who is looking to sell at the end of the year! I'm writing this on behalf of my parents, as they were the client and I helped liaise with the team at the branch. It has been a smooth run with the team they came in with a reasonable valuation and managed to the booking through covid giving ample time to make arrangements to be out of the house. They filtered through offers and people who didn't seem serious and put forward those with genuine interest and reasonable offers we could consider.
