Their communication, friendly attitude and willingness to go out of their way to help, made what can be a pretty stressful time, feel relatively relaxed. GoogleJust lost out on £3k and am homeless. I was in the process of purchasing a property and was told with confidence that the tenants will move out and have never caused a sale to fall through. I put my time into this, I lost out £3k and have nowhere to live after spending months on trying to buy this place. I told one agent Daniel Leverton about my mortgage offer expiry date he just kept saying don’t worry they will move out. I eventually spoke to the manager Karen Dunnage and she said she just found out about my mortgage expiry and the seller only gave notice to the tenants after this. Poor communication, confidence which shouldn’t have been there. I am fuming!
